Fireworks!

...in Plymouth to be exact. We went to The British Fireworks Championships on the Hoe in Plymouth on both Tues and Wed nights this week. Miraculously, the rain stayed off (despite horrendous forecasts) and the pyrotechnics were outstanding. See pic!

What else...well, right in the middle of the school hols, the weather hasn't been too bad since August showed up...although when we went to get some surfing done today, it turns out youngest's wetsuit has somehow shrunk since last summer and he didn't want to get wet without it so it looks like I'm going to have to car boot it and get a new one. Very exasperating - why do kids have to grow so fast???????

Got a birthday to get through next week, another year older, but certainly non the wiser.
